Tags automatically inserted using Firefox (Window OS)

Adam,

I have a client who pasted their HTML into the CuteSoft Editor using Firefox. For some reason, many tags were automatically inserted. When he uses IE, the break tags disappear. Do you know what is happening?

Can you give me some feedback on this issue? Why are the tags inserted using Firefox?

Todd,

Right now Mozilla doesn't support the same way IE does. The workaround is using the "insert paragraph"" button.

The client is creating the HTML file outside of CE. They are pasting the HTML into CE. What is the work-around for this scenario?

The tags were inserted randomly. I don't think it was related to the tag.

If your client just paste the HTML into CE using the firefox, you don't need a work around.
