I have a question about generating pdf's using CuteEditor.dll.

I was wondering if there is any documentation for this?

and if someone know how to add a header or footer on each pdf page wich is created when more then one pages are created.

I also have the .NET version (paid for the domain license) and have a question about generating pdf header/footer content on each page, and example code for it if it's possible as well as setting margins -- as we are producing standard template contracts with this tool and need to specify the generated pdf to specific rules, like margins, headers, and footers appearing of the page.
