CuteEditor 4.0 much slower??

All,

I just went from 3.0 to 4.0, and it is WAY cool - the full screen thing especially... but I noticed it's MUCH slower to load than 3.0. Why is that? How can I get the speed to be on par with 3.0?

Andrew,

Glad to know you like the version 4.0.

Compare to the version 3.0, the version 4.0 has lots of improvement and new functions.

We implemented many methods to improve the loading speed.

Oh - yes, it is, definitely... what's up?

I noticed that if I get rid of the FancyDropDown, that speeds things up considerably - but I really like that feature, and it was fine in version 3.

By default, the Cute Editor loads all the functions, toolbars and menus. Most of our clients don't use the default configuration and create their own toolbar set.

How to create a custom toolbar configuration file?

The speed has been improved in the version 4.5.
