It will be really nice if the name of the table is configurable which stores the images and other uploaded files. Or if it is already configurable then please let me know where it can be changed. If it is not, is it something we can do by ourself?

If we are using SQL Server or MS Access for Image and File storage, the table name is hard coded to "fsitems". I was suggesting that it will be good to have this table name as configurable at a single place.
