Error: 1 while uploading large pdf file

While uploading a large pdf file of 4.25MB I am getting an error that just says "Error: 1". What is the cause of this? I have increased my MaxDocumentSize to 10000.

Are you using Linux server or window server?

Can you post the error details?

I am using a unix server (apache). The error just says Error: 1.

To test this out you can log into our system at http://www.ibizard.com and try the cute editor under 'Create Email' function.

If you try to upload a large enough pdf file then you will see the error.

Please create a new php file with the following code in it:

<?php
// Show all information, defaults to INFO_ALL
phpinfo();
?>

Then search upload_max_filesize value.
