Can anyone tell me where I insert a call to a JavaScript function or a div to set the contents off to add a chat timer to the cutechat 1 chat support interface.

Basically I want that when a User starts chatting with a support person where there name, email and message get displayed in the support users window that it shows a timer for how long they have been chatting for.
