I need a feature but was wondering how hard it might be to implement.

 

My client needs to be able to see when each user entered the a chat room so that they can pick the user who has been online the longest to go into private chat (sort of like queuing).

 

Is it possible to implement this?

What my client wants is to have a number of moderators (about 4) and users can login to a waiting room where no posts can be made, then a moderator can invite the longest waiting user into some form of private room/chat and the user can then chat with that moderator. But the moderator needs to know how long each user has been waiting so they can pick a user to chat with.

I guess it needent be a waiting room, it could just be a live chat support app as long as all the operators can pick from a global pool of waiting users by longest waiting user.

In the version 1.1 live support Scenario, akk the users get into a waiting room first.

The Cute Chat picks the users for moderators based on  first come, first served basis. Those who are first to arrive will be the first to be waited on.

In the next version, we will separate the live support from Cut Chat and add more business logics.

We will show how long the users have been waiting and also allow the moderators pick a user to chat with.
