Paste From Word - More Problems

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed the latest version and have the following problems pasting from word:

In FIREFOX on XP:

1. These options are adding msonormal code into CE:

PastePureText

PasteText

PasteCleanHTML

2. PasteText is removing line breaks (should keep line breaks)

Please could you see if these bugs can be fixed.

Hi Adam,

The option I would like to use is either PasteText or PasteCleanHTML however neither of these works properly in FF.

Please could you fix the problem?

Hi Adam,

I have tested this using Word 2003 and it is inserting the msonormal tags.

It seems to work ok in Word 2002.

Are you able to fix this for Word 2003 or do we need to just hope people are using other versions?

Hi Adam,

I'm on XP SP2 using Office 2003 (11.5604.5606)

FF 3.0.1

Is this the same environment that you are testing in?

If I look at the HTML view I am also getting lots of meta tags pulled over from Word.

Strange...
