When i click the hyperlink properties then click browse next to url, i get the following error. The page it is referring to, I have not editted from original so I have no idea what could be causing this. There is about 4 or 5 errors, after that it works as normal. This happens in both IE6 and IE7, but not in FF. I wouldn't mind it except the client is on my back about it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks alot.

 

Are you able to reproduce this issue in the following example?

 

 

If not, can you download the control again and try the examples in the download package.

The error doesnt occur on that example, but that is a newer version of the editor.

 

I have uploaded the original files, that were downloaded from your site without changes, and it does the same error.

 

I then tried those same files on another server and the error did not occur.. So it looks like it is a server side issue. Does this sound right to you Adam?

The server where it works is unix, the server where i get the error is running IIS 5. Can you shed any light on possible causes? Variables that need changing?

 

Also, can I download the latest version of the editor? I purchased a domain license not too long ago, but I cannot find where to update on your website.

You can download the latest version of Cute Editor using the same download link in the delivery email. If you cannot find this email, please write to us and specify the email address used when placing the order, we will resend the email to you.

 

This error is very strange to me. Please try this new version first. If it still doesn't work, put your site online and send the URL to me.
