Server Error in '/' Application

I'm trying to install cute chat but I'm getting a Server Error in '/' Application. The cutom errors mode is off but this is the only error message I'm getting. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe the server do not allow the web.config use some sections .

For example , please remove this <<identity impersonate="true" /> and try again.

Yep, that did it thank you so much. Just for curiosity, what function did I delete.
