Problem with deploy cute chat sandalone

OK my question is where I have to put the we.config?? On the root of my site or inside of chat folder? When I put inside on chat folder I have error on Line 10 outside on the root folder I have this error:

Please check your file structure. The .net framework can't find the DLL.

Unzip the zip file and create a virtual directory or website pointing it to the 'CutechatStandalone\Framework 1.x Web' folder (located in the archive).

If you are using .Net Framework 2.0, please point it to the 'CutechatStandalone\Framework 2.0 Web' folder.

Yes the directoty point to Framework 2.0 ... here is my Web Config file:

Same problem, you didn't set chat directory as an application in IIS. It's just a regular folder under your root. So the .net framework can't recognize it.

For this error, you need to check your web.config file and make sure the connection string is correct.

Same Problem i am also getting :( demo is not working but when i run this application in visual studio it run well :(
