Your "contact us" page says: "CuteSoft Live Chat Support is available between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).". It is now 12:51 pm EST, and the live chat icon on the site says "OFFLINE". Where is the live chat support?
BTW, this is the second day in a row that I have not been able to use the live chat support that you claim is available during business hours.
