    Safari on Mac

There are a lot of things that don't seem to work quite right with Safari on a Mac.  For example the absolute positioning, insert layer, forms, etc.  Are these issues all known?  I know that Safari doesn't support drag and drop of positioned elements very well, so I can understand the challenge in getting everything to work.  Cute Editor just doesn't seem very usable in Safari right now.

    warnickr,

Which version of safari are you using?

We have three sets of solutions for safari.

Safari (1.3) Some funtions are not enabled due the safari limitation.

Safari (2.0) Most funtions are supported in this version.

Safari (3.0) All funtions are supported.

We make every effort to make best use of all potential abilities of this browser.

    Re: Safari on Mac

I am working with Safari 3.0.4 and there is the list of specific things that don't quite work:

    1.  Insert Form doesn't seem to do anything.  As far as I can tell, nothing shows up in the UI and I don't see anything in the code view.
    2.  Insert Layer doesn't do anything either.  As far as I can tell, nothing shows up in the UI and I don't see anything in the code view.
    3.  The absolute position button always looks depressed and doesn't really do anything when I try to apply to an image.  If I go edit the code manually, I can enable absolute positioning, but then I can't drag the image around in the UI.
