    When I copy and glue from word and paste it into cutesoft, I find that it is not the same etc the fonts, sizes and spaces can anybody help with this as this is wysiwyg?

    HTML and Word formatting are two completely different things. HTML is much less precise than Word formatting.

    Also, how is your problem urgent?
