Second problem:

Paste from Word does not remove all the Word markup. Pasting with ctrl+V opens a dialog but after clicking on OK I still got thie following: (note the tags it contains)

10:30 Everyone is invited to take communion (AR)

10:50 John Smith sings after communion (AR)
