I deleted the ver 5 folder and copied the framework 2.0 folders over along with the dlls in the bin folder. I kept my original lic file.

 

I get the error: Could not load file or assembly 'CuteEditor, Version=5.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3858aa6802b1223a' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

 

when the page tries to load.

Your project is still using the old version.

 

Open VS project, remove the reference to CuteEditor.dll. Add the reference to the new CuteEditor.dll. Then recompile your project.
