Some of our clients are using IE7 but have activeX disabled. When the editor loads sometimes the toolbar is missing and so is the HTML.

 

This is intermittent and I managed to recreate it on your demo page too.

 

Any chance you can look into it.

Sorry have been away for a while.

 

If you goto Internet Options - security - custom level.

Then disable "Run ActiveX controls and plug ins"

 

This stopped the editor from starting correctly. Just tested today.

Using your demo page general.aspx, initiallly the editor is empty, then click on None and it works, then back to full and it works.

I clicked refresh when on full and it failed again.

 

Its almost as if something hasnt quite initialised in the right order or something.... But once its in the browser cache it works.
