Quite a few of our users get errors on the image popup, this seems to error for all versions of IE but not consistently. When they double click on an image in the browser they get the error. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not, even for the same picture.

 

I have managed to recreate the error non consistently on IE6 and 5.5 on my virtual PC.

Any ideas on what is causing the error?

Nope we cannot replicate, we are using code downloaded on 19 july 2007.

 

Strange thing is it doesnt happen consistently. One browser will always complain, whereas another on a different machine using the same pages will always work. Which to me says its machine dependant, but any ideas what may be causing the issue?

 

Luckily i can recreate the problem on a machine which is not locked down so i have access to all the settings etc.

 

Any guidence on what to look for would be great.

This problem seems to be fixed now in the latest download dated 23 aug 2007.
