Is there any way to take off the default file restrictions for uploads?

Most of the files our operators try to send to clients are in the form of xls, doc, ppt and pdf, but they keep getting an error when they try to upload them saying the file extension is invalid.

Go to chat admin, choose configuration tab and set File Upload Filters there.

 

We will release a new version soon. With this new version, we remove the "File Upload Filters" if the user is admin or operator.
