I am new to this component. As explained in the user's guide , i have set up the virtual directory and executed the sql scripts to create the tables . I could add Users and everything worked fine . But when i tried to add the chat button to a website nothing was displayed. I copied the CuteSoft_Client folder and also the script tag in the documentation.

 

Can anyone explain how to implement the live chat in a .NET web site.  IS there any step by step procedure for this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is working in the test Site that is accompanied with the product , that i have set up in the IIS as mentioned in the earlier message. I need a procedure for creating a new website with the cutesoft Live Support

I was trying to embed the button in another site.

It worked when i copied the script tags with the complete server URL
