New V4 Dowload?

I noticed a number of issues in the forum are addressed by new download... Some messages indicate a new ddl as of 12/04.

However, the download date on the site is 11/27/2004. Is the download date on your site correct?

Is there another place to go get an updated dll?

The correct download date should be 12/04.
