Hi Could you please let me know if the following is possible in Live Support:

1 - If you are OFFLINE can you disable the ability to leave a message or redirect this to a different page?

2 - Do the user who want to chat need a logon to be able to chat or can they just put in any user name ?

3 - If they need to log into the software to chat can the software integrate with Active Directory?

Yes. This one is easy.

If you've integated it with your own membership database, the registered users will use their username of membership database.

If not or the users who have not logged in, the user can put in any user name.

Yes, it's possible.
