2. Is it possible to not only add, but also delete / hide buttons from the toolbar?

3. Is it possible to specify a style sheet which has to be rendered over the WYSIWYG mode?

4. Is it possible to specify a color picker (.aspx) page, which returns an (hex.) value (instead of the default cute editor's color possibilities)?

Editor.Text Property

Yes, you can use Editor.DisableItemList Property the hide buttons from the toolbar. The toolbar items needed to be disabled going to this string. Example DisableItemList="Bold, New, Delete"
