Difference Between Developer Team License and Enterprise License

    Hi there,

In looking at the high level text describing the licenses I notice mention of two concepts: 'Royalty Free Runtimes' and 'Royalty Free Distribution'.

Under Developer Team License it states:

"All developer products have royalty free runtimes. This means that you may freely distribute the product with your application. "

Does this mean that I can build a site or application for a client that has CuteEditor embedded into it?  Or would I require an Enterprise license for this type of use?  Again, this relates to my initial question in terms of the difference between 'Royalty Free Runtimes' and 'Royalty FREE Distribution' and the depth to which the agreement applies.

OR ... Will each of my clients have to purchase a runtime license of CuteEditor (or 'Domain License').

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Thanks Karen,

If I have I currently have a Distribution license and I would like to upgrade to the Developer Team License do I have to pay the full price (e.g. $799) or is there a reduced upgrade fee that I can pay?

    Thanks,
    Eric
