 We want an IM system for our elearning system where student gets registered and make purchase for online courses. Every course has its own tutor. We need to establish IM chatting. As we want the student to be able to see when his tutor is online/offline. If tutor is offline this button says “email tutor” so we need to keep it in order to do that. If the tutor is online – clicking this button could do one of two things

1.       Bring up the Cutesoft buddy list (his tutor will be in his buddy list) and he can click to start a chat

2.       Start a chat immediately with his tutor on clicking “tutor online” button.

Please let me know what is feasible here.

One of these buttons is “Instant Messenger”. When the student clicks this button, the Cutesoft buddy list will pop up and he/she will see the list of everyone belonging to his Group who is currently online. Can that be done?

Also default Tutor will be on his buddy list and when/if he is assigned a different tutor this tutor would be on his buddy list. Can this be done?

Can your please advise me whether it is feasible with your cutesoft IM solution or not.

We are using your IM standalone version to test it. but it seems we are not provided its source code (not whole code but few source code which allow to make little bit changes in the system to make it suitable with the core system). Is source code is kept secured in Demo version (Standalone Version) specially? I believe when we take lenience we should be provided its source code. Please suggest us what is exact difference in Standalone Version and Licensed version (specially in regards of source code and having more control on the system to make slightly customization)

 Hope this email is slightly confusing more you but we are really confused the Standalone Version, Here I can share one experience with you which I had while checking the Standalone Version. We tried to check how we will make our user automatically logged into IM when they gets logged into our core learning system. We tried your provided function and it works but it automatically redirect (redirection is controlled from the function it self and we don’t have its source code to customize it as per our need) to a Cutesoft Chat and IM home page where all navigation links comes on top menu including Messenger etc…But what we require is, we will fix a IM button and that is only visible after he gets logged into our core learning system, when user click on that IM button we will open CuteSoft IM popup. But it seems it is not possible in your system. We are not sure about it but if it is really not possible than we are surprising how one can integrate your IM solution in his core system without having this much of control on his hand.

Hope this email will make sense for you. We will decide IM system in 1-2 days so please reply us ASAP. We like your solution and in regards of features etc,,it suite us but we need your confirmation (on technical aspect) in regards of feasibility to cater our needs. Please check our requirement and suggest us same.
