Hello!

Is there a way to disable the balloon that notifies new customers and new messages?

We've got a hge number of customers and that feature is preventing the operators to see some information in that region of the screen, since the balloon never stops!

Help!

This is be design. A balloon will popup when new customers and new messages coming in.

This can not be disabled in the current version. We will resolve it in the next release.
