We loaded cutechat, *some* users get the above message, others don't.

Also *some* users say that when they type a message it takes up to 10 seconds to display -- others are fine.

I got the same error when accessing your web site.

Which version of Cute Chat are you using?

Which version of DNN are you using?

Can you provide host account infomation or FTP access to your server?

Running dnn 4.3.5 using snapsis pageblaster and XepientSolutions XSViewState Optimizer.

we have exclued the entire cutesoft_client directory from both optimization tools

The chat works for some users but others it gives the xml load error

we are using the lastest version of cutesoft chat and messenger.

I think it's "snapsis pageblaster and XepientSolutions XSViewState Optimizer" that caused the problem.

I don't have any better idea. Maybe you need to just totally remove it from your project and try again.
