When do you expect Live Support to be available?

I contacted someone via your online chat last month and they told me early June.

We are planning on implementing something asap and would like to evaluate your offering.

I am sorry for the delay. We just need more tests before we ship this product.

Now this product is ready. We will release it tomorrow.
