Context Menu is being displayed wrong

Hi I got this problem that the Context menu is being displayed wrong, both in Internet Explorer and Firefox

This is how it looks in Internet Explore

And in Firefox it just displayes the context menu in the left side of my page, and adds the menu'es on top of each other.

The page im creating is using XHTML 1.0 Transitional

Just a small update, In Internet Explorer 6.0 there is no problem, just testet it in windows 2000 and windows xp, but when im using IE 7 Beta 3 it looks like the above picture.

Please check the following example using IE 7.0 beta 3.0.

The above link works just fine, also the context menu is not being displayed right in firefox to.

I don't have my site online yet, but I made a little sample, its running from my own pc, so its not going to be online 24/7

The site is running on a Windows XP Pro, but the error also happend when I was using a Win2000 machine.

Please remove the following code and try again:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

After removing it, the context menu works, but now my site can't be validated as a XHTML page, not sure its that important though.

Adam, can you explain why I can't use the <!DOCTYPE tag? I thought the cute editor was xhtml 1.0 valid?
