I know that I can set another language in Chat admin by specified for example fr-FR.xml. However, how can I specified this setting dynamically for each user. On user can be in french and another in english. I have this setting in my database and I want use them.

Just  Set the Culture Type to client.

 

However the fr-FR.xml is not available for the version 3.0.

 

Ok I understand but if I translate en-US in french (fr-CA.xml), how can I use the new language file? One user can be in english and another user in french.

In the file "Settings.js.aspx", this comment line is what I need....how to use it?
