Please open the langauage file and change the following entries:

<resource name="alert_MaxTextLength">The text to be added has reached the character limit for this field:</resource>
<resource name="alert_MaxHTMLLength">The HTML Code to be added has reached the character limit for this field:</resource>

Is it possible to display how many characters are still left to enter in the bottom status bar of the Editor please? I don't see the word / character count if I have set following properties: ShowBottomBar="False", MaxHTMLLength="500" MaxTextLength="500". I don't want to show 'HTML View', 'Normal View', or 'Preview' tags tat appear on the left had side of the control while still displaying the word count (as seen in this window at the bottom left).

Please set the following properties to false then try again.

ShowEditMode	Specifies whether the Edit Mode tab appear.
ShowHtmlMode	Specifies whether the Html Mode tab appear.
ShowPreviewMode	Specifies whether the Preview Mode tab appear.
