I installed version 5.1 on my localhost (IIS5) and on the server (IIS6) and in both cases, the Enlarge/Reduce functions don't work, except wen the editor is in full screen mode.

Is it a bug or do I have to configure something?

Yes i seem to bee having the same problem in ASP 5.1,

 

any clues on how to resolve?

I thought this was just me, however the online demo appears to work. Please post when this is fixed.
