how can i keep image proportions?

how is it possible to keep the image proportions by setting only the image height or width

for example i want to insert an image and resize the width to 200 and dont want to calculate the correct new height

is it possible to insert the image without the height attribut in the image tag or any other solution like a checkbox in the image dialog like keep proportions
