I have a requirement in which I need to allow only Black/Blue as font color, and want to disable the rest ... Is there a way I can do that ?

I was wondering if there an example where I can add a custom button that will work for setting fore or backcolor. What I mean is this custom button when clicked will turn the highlighted content to blue, another button for black. (Having this button I will be able to eliminate the need for a special compile that you suggested.).
