Is there a way to change the default number of rows and columns of thumbnails on the Insert Image dialog from 3 x 5 to some larger number?

Please check your security policy file.

You can find those files under CuteSoft_client/CuteEditor/Configuration/Security folder.

The following settings will apply to the thumbnails.

<security name="ThumbnailWidth">80</security>
<security name="ThumbnailHeight">80</security>
<security name="ThumbnailColumns">5</security>
<security name="ThumbnailRows">3</security>
