It's hard to trust a place if they can't even get their store working right. PayPal? Are you running a business or just playing around. I expect more from someone charging the prices you do.

 

I'm not trying to be harsh, but I want to let you know what kind of impression you are giving. Thanks for not moderating these posts. That shows some integrity. You have a good product as far as I can tell through the eval version. Need better doc for developers.

Actually, now that I read the descriptions again I'm not sure what license I need.

 

We are a non-profit organization. We run a number of different website for our members. We want to offer chat. We have one server that all the websites are run off. We will be implementing chat with DNN. Becuase of the need to have fine control over each website we are running under multiple instances of DNN. So what is the cheapest licence I need to run chat on any of the websites of our non-profit?

First we have the discount price for all schools, educational institutions and registered charities (25% off).

For the licene issue, I have the following suggestions:

1. If you have multiple sites host on the same server and share the same IP address, the IP license is your best choise.

2. If your web sites don't have the same IP address and you have less than 10 sites, you should go with the small business license (10 sites).

A big benefit of the small business license is you can add additional sites to your license file at any time if you don't have 10 sites right now.
