This's a known issue. The Browse butoon will look at for the path defined in the FilesGalleryPath. We will find a solution in the next release.  

Andrew, Not sure what's happening on your localhost. We are using the Windows SP2 as well but we don't have problems with the Cute Editor. Can you try posting more informations? Keep me posted.
