• disable file view

Multiple users access CE on my domain. CE is used to generate document templates. I have no need or desire for them to access the file manager aspects. Specifically, when they click on the Add Image icon, a window pops up. In that window are two big boxes. The left hand box gave a file path error. I disabled the error by commenting out the ...

  • config file: changes to codeviewToolbars have no effect.

I am using a config file called foo.config in the AutoConfigure folder. Changes to the <toolbars> settings take effect and work as expected. Changes to the <codeviewToolbars> have no effect whatsoever. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

  • Installation Error

I'll start with the fact that I know lots about ASP but am terrible at ASP.NET. I used FTP to copy the extracted files to my server. I also copy and pasted the default.aspx file to the foo directory. When I try to access: http://mysite.com/foo/default.aspx this is what I get. Remember, I'm an ASP.NET idiot, but I'm trying to learn. ...

  • Stop messing with my code:
converted to
and not displaying

I have been using WebWiz RTE for 5+ years. It was time for an upgrade. Here's the situation. I am using the RTE to generate documents on the fly merging fields from a database. The ''data replacement fields'' have been denoted by: <name>, <date_long> etc. This has worked extremely well! I just purchased CS and tried to ...
