Go to your demo page http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx
Delete all text which is currently filled in.
On the 'Normal'-Tab click 'File Upload' (the PDF icon)
Select any file and upload it.
Switch to the 'Preview'-Tab

yes, this seems to be fixed, thanks. But the 'Preview' does not work correct using Firefox 3.0.1. I uploaded a file and clicked on 'Preview' but the new link is not clickable.

ok, thanks for the info, I'll modify the path so they are not stored in root anymore. But I cannot deploy latest 6.1.2 before this problem is solved:

as advised here I've upgraded my CuteEditor from 6.0 to 6.1.2. But now I have a problem with file upload. Fortunately this is reproducable on your test site at http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx (I'm using IE6) : I click at the end of the text. Then I clicked on the PDF-Icon to upload a file. you are right, we used version 6.0.0 but now I've deployed the latest one from 07.08.2008 (in the property page VS2005 says it's version 6.1.0 instead of 6.1.2). I will now also delete the existing .axd files and see what happens with new uploads. Is there any chance to configure AjaxUploader to create these files in a different ...

instead of windows file system we store uploaded attachments on our MS SQL Server. Now we've seen a strange phenomena on our IIS:
When a file e.g. a picture is uploaded using CuteEditor a file is created on c:'' of the webserver.
It is named persisted.UniqueID.Filename.axd such as ...
