• Re: Error: An invalid character was found in text content

Any ideas on how to prevent this error? At this point we're still only evaluating the CuteEditor, but it is useless for us if we can't set it's language to Dutch without getting errors.

  • Re: Error: An invalid character was found in text content

I've tried that and the base page did not have this error. But the example page uses a very basic editor, so I gradually added some configuration options that I use in my own test page. That's how I found out that the error occurs when I set: CustomCulture=''nl-NL'' The current code which produces the ...

  • Error: An invalid character was found in text content

I've only recently downloaded the trial version for testing and I really like what I see. The product seems very flexible and customisable. My compliments! However, on my test page I run into a problem when I set Editor1.Text to the value of a memo field from a record in my database. It doesn't matter which record I try to edit, the error ...

  • Keep queue visible after upload

Hi, For UploadAttachments I like the fact that the list of uploaded files remains visible after upload. However, I don't need the checkboxes, nor the possibility to remove files from the list after upload. The upload queue as displayed when using the Uploader class is basically good enough for me, but it hides immediately ...

  • Re: Translate to other language

That's even better. Now I can simply use my language strings from my global resource file. Thanks.

  • Re: Error: UploadModule is not installed into web.config

Sorry, already found the cause: I'm developing and testing on a computer running Vista so I needed to deploy for the IIS7 integrated mode. I originally added that line to the wrong section of the web.config file. My webapplication will eventually be installed on all kinds of Windows servers, so I won't know in advance which deplyment ...

  • Translate to other language

The help file states the following: All labels, buttons, tooltips and messages are located in external XML files, so that the language of the Uploader can be switched with a single property. You can also create a new language in a matter of minutes. Where do I find those XML files. And how would I change the language ...

  • Error: UploadModule is not installed into web.config

I've just downloaded this product to evaluate it and I'm running into a problem on my first effort to use it. I use VS2008 and have a large webapplication solution which is divided into several subprojects. These subprojects live in subdirectories of the main application, and they do not have their own web.config file. Instead they share ...
