  • How can I copy a button from within the editor and place it outside the editor?

How can I copy a button from within the editor and place it outside the editor?  In other words, I want one of the buttons from within the editor's toolbar to also be available outside the editor, maybe somewhere below it so that I can make it stick out more.  The button I speak of is the image uploading button.   Thanks.
