Hi, I installed the latest version of AjaxUploader and contacted the customer to try again.Unfortunately the problem persist. The customer said: It hangs with the same 2038 error ... (I tried several jpg files)It seems related to the filesize, because the percentage stops somewhere between 1 and 3 percent depending on the filesize. ...

same problem here with firefox only, the same file is uploaded without any problem through internet explorer. the fiel size is well under the max request lenght limitserver iis7 -win 2008 looks like a bug in the ff flash plugin

We are getting this same error with Chrome and https together. Chrome with http works fine. Web Site is working over: Win 2008 and IIS 7. There is any solution so far?

Hi Ken, After I click Upload button and Select a file or files, the status bar sits at 0%. However, two different machines produce two different errors. 1) Windows Server 2003/IE 8: gives “Flash: The upload task is interrupted! Io Error #2038” after 5 minutes approx.2) ...

Hi Yorkey, If he got error ''Flash: The upload task is interrupted io Error #2038 '', it means that he has not use the disable flash upload mode code I provided. And he has not the silverlight v4. After disable the flash upload mode, will never get the ''flash:xxx'' error. Regards, Ken

upload task interrupted error #2038
Hi there, Do you have documentation of the error codes that are thrown during the upload?I was wondering what code 2038 exactly means. I suspect it has to do with a VPN, who sends interrupts at fixed times. Thanks.

Some more information:The #2038 only happens with some file types, not all. I'm new on the Apple laptop and I don't have any files there yet. So I tried to upload a file named ''About Downloads.lpdf'' that is present on the laptop by default. Safari nor Firefox like that... they both present the #2038 error.
