I saw an early post on the forum discussing this issue whereby the icon images on the toolbar do not appear when running on a Citrix client, but there was no conclusion to the thread.   Did this issue get resolved only I have the same issue and can't seem to find a solution?   Many thanks,   AJ

Thanks for the example Adam, however this uses the window.open() function as appose to the window.showModalDialog() function and it is the window.showModalDialog(); function that is causing the problem.   If you change the code in your example code above you will be able to recreate my problem.   Thanks,
