    Alright, I changed the div and the second image is not visible. I don't believe I set the operator photo. However, the image and the text is at the top and middle of the page and I've tried setting the alignments to left to fix them without any luck. Any ideas? &nbsp; &nbsp; Thanks

    The web based admin console? Sorry, I should have stated that I highly customized the LiveSupport module and I did not include the web based admin modules.
