    I forgot to add, the environment is 4-8 staff, with a potential customer base of 200-300, but at any one time it is only likely for 1-2 support requests.

    Hello &nbsp; I've been evaluating different Live support products and I find this one quite good.&nbsp; But I'd like to get other people's opinions and feedback, particularly those who have been running this in a live environment.&nbsp; Are there any major bugs which I should know about?&nbsp; &nbsp; Thanks
