Yah, CuteEditor likes to convert tabs to   (non breaking spaces). The simple fix is to replace tabs with spaces BEFORE sending the html to CuteEditor.

Can you check the version of CuteEditor.dll?   Are you using the version 6.0??   I cannot see the second screenshot?
