That was indeed the problem. During upgrade I over-wrote the Global.asax file thus omitting the cutechat code that was in there. Sorry, thank you for your help.  :)

jjhayes, Please remove the reference to CuteEditor.dll from your project and add the reference to the new DLL. Then recompile your project. Keep me posted.
