Hi Mike101,   CuteLiveSupport support to add an addition field by default. You can add it in the support admin panel.   Butt if you need more than one custom field, you need to add in file "\CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportClient.aspx" directly with code annd save it by your own code.   Regards,   Ken
