Weegie,   If you upgrade from the version 4.X, there are many changes with Security and Common files.   If you upgrade from the version 5.0, your exisitng ones should be OK.

Depends on which product, if you want to do major version upgrade, there may be upgrade fees. There is no monthly/yearly subscription fee :)

Rodrigo,   Your license file should work for this latest version.   To upgrade to this new version, please delete the old client files and DLLs first, then copy the new DLLs and client files.   Hope it helps.
