html 5: The upload task is interrupted
Just started getting this error for large uploads after I deployed March 13 2014 version of AjaxUploader. It is happening with FF, Chrome and IE. Have reverted back to Nov 8 2013 version - which has been working stably for Chrome and FF. Will let you know if that fixes the problem

Hi, I have a client that reproduced the error on a Windows XP machine. He was able to upload the same file on the same network from a Vista machine. Macs and Xp users are having problems. Here's the screen shot:

Uploads cancelling or not starting
Hi guys I keep getting random uploads cancelling or not starting and after about a couple of minutes of inactivity i get a ''Client side cancelled'' dialog. This mostly happens with file sizes of over 10Mb, but I guess the bigger the file the more chances i Have to get this error. Any ...

same problem here with firefox only, the same file is uploaded without any problem through internet explorer. the fiel size is well under the max request lenght limitserver iis7 -win 2008 looks like a bug in the ff flash plugin

Hi, That is a Flash bug , and we already have a solution to fix that. The code would be like that (you must allow HTTP for this case): uploader.FlashUploadPage = ''http://localhost/uploader22cs/UploadService/UploadService.aspx''; We will provide an update with other issues later. Regards, Terry

What browser settings need to be on for this to work
Hi, I have a customer who is unable to use our website to upload using AspUploader. He has got ie8 and also Chrome and neither seem to work. in IE8 he cannot select multiple files using the CTRL or SHIFT key, only one at a time and then he gets at error of "Unknown error..!" message box pop up in chrome ...

Hi mughal814, It may causes by Anti Virus, but is hard to check if only happens on special pc. you can let them disable the firewall or the Anti Virus to try this. Regards, Ken
